Why a meditation built from your chart is different

Most guided audio is written for an average nervous system, which is nobody's. It tells a Manifestor to soften and a Projector to push, because it has no way of knowing which one is listening. If you have ever finished a meditation feeling more wound up than when you started, that is usually the reason. It was not written for the way you take energy in.

A Human Design chart is unusually well suited to fixing that, because it is specific about where you are consistent and where you are porous. Your defined centers run the same way for your whole life. Your open centers are where you take in everybody around you and mistake it for your own state. A meditation that knows which is which can stop asking you to fix what was never yours, and that turns out to be most of what people are carrying when they sit down.

What the library holds

Forty tracks, and it keeps growing. They are grouped around the parts of a chart that most change how a day feels:

  • Your type and strategy. Winding down as a Generator is a different job to winding down as a Projector. One is discharging energy that built up all day, the other is recovering from a day spent in other people's fields.
  • Your open centers. The single most useful practice in Human Design is learning to tell your feeling from the room's feeling. There is a track for each open center that walks you through exactly that.
  • Your authority. Emotional authority needs time and quiet before a decision. Splenic authority needs you present enough to catch something that speaks once. These are trainable, and they are what the audio trains.
  • Sleep and reset. Where you sleep, and how you come down beforehand, matters more for some designs than others. The tracks say which.

Five are free and always will be, so you can hear whether this works for you before anything is asked of you.

How the library gets chosen for you

Once your chart exists, the library stops being a list and starts being an order. Your type, your authority and your open centers decide which tracks come first, and which ones are not for you at all. That is the part a general meditation app cannot do, because it does not know anything about you beyond what you tapped last.

Getting the whole library

The full library comes with your Complete Human Design Reading, at no separate price. The reading is the main thing: 60+ sections written for your exact chart, covering your decisions, your work, your money, your relationships and your energy. The meditations, the Companion Workbook and the workbook library come with it, and they stay in your dashboard for good.

It is one payment, and the library grows afterwards without costing you anything more. This is meant to be used for years, not finished in a weekend. Self understanding is not a thing you complete, and the tracks you need at thirty are not the ones you need at fifty.

Questions
What makes these different from other meditations?

Each one is written for a specific part of a Human Design chart. There is a meditation for your type, and one for each center that is open in your chart. Open centers are where you take in the most from other people, so that is where the noise usually comes from. When you are signed in, the library sorts itself and puts your matches first.

Which ones are free?

Three are free for everyone, with no account needed: the meditation for an open emotional center, a ten minute meditation for sleep, and a short one for the morning. The full library of twenty is included with your personalized reading.

How do I know which centers are open in my chart?

Your reading lists them, and Jessica can tell you any time. If you do not have a reading yet, the free chart on our site shows you your centers in about a minute.

How long are they?

Most run six to nine minutes. The longest is twelve. They are made to fit into a real day, not to ask you for an hour you do not have.

Do I need to sit a certain way, or be good at meditating?

No. You can lie down, walk, or listen with your eyes open. There is nothing to get right, and nothing to keep up with.

Can I listen more than once?

Yes, as many times as you want. They stream from your dashboard, and your place in a track is remembered if you stop partway through.

Do I need to know my Human Design to use these?

No. Any track can be played by anyone. Knowing your chart simply tells you which ones were built for your type and your open centers.

When is the best time to listen?

Whenever the theme matches. The sleep and morning tracks are tied to a time of day; the center and type tracks work any time you notice the pattern they describe.
