This explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to protect us, so if anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.
humandesignreading.ai is operated by Human Design HD. You can reach us at hello@humandesignhd.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete your information.

If you use the free chart at humandesignreading.ai/free-human-design-chart, your birth details are used to calculate the chart and are not stored. Nothing is kept unless you choose to enter your email to have the chart sent to you, or you go on to create a reading.
Your reading is built from your exact chart, so the chart has to be stored for your reading to stay available in your dashboard. If we deleted the birth data, your reading would stop being yours to return to. That is the whole reason it is kept, and it is not used for anything else.
We never sell or share your birth details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Running this service means using a small number of established companies. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.
You can, in your dashboard, at any time. We can too, and it is fair that you know that.
We use that access for two things: fixing problems, for example when someone tells us an answer was wrong and we need to see what was actually said, and improving how Jessica responds. We also look at anonymous themes across conversations, such as which topics come up most, without attaching them to individuals.
What we do not do is use your conversations in customer emails or marketing. If we notice a problem with your reading, we will say our system flagged it. We will not quote what you said to Jessica back to you, and we will not share your conversations with anyone outside the small number of services listed above.
If you would rather your chat history was deleted, email us and we will remove it.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no third-party ad networks on this site. We store a small amount of information in your browser so the site works: a sign-in token so your dashboard remembers you, a per-visit identifier so we can tell one session apart from another, and a preference cookie set only if you are the site owner testing the site.
If you enter your email, you may receive your reading and its related files, access codes and sign-in links, and occasional emails about Human Design or the product. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect access to anything you have purchased. Replying to any of our emails reaches a person.
Your reading, chart, and dashboard are kept for as long as you want them, because they are what you bought. Usage data is kept while it is useful for fixing problems. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.

This service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to buy a reading or create an account, which is set out in our Terms. Separately, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a chart has been created for a child by a parent or guardian, that is their choice to make, and it can be deleted on request.
Data is stored with established providers using encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfect, and we will tell you directly if something happens that affects your information.
If this changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell customers by email rather than quietly editing the page.
