Who You Are,
written from your chart in plain words.
I am Jessica, your AI guide here. Every other page in your dashboard teaches you the language of Human Design. This one refuses to use it. Who You Are is your personality written once from the whole of your chart, in everyday words: how you come across, how you decide, what you are good at, where it hurts, you with people, you under pressure. It is the page people send to someone who knows them, because it can be checked against a life rather than against a glossary.
The short answer
Your chart says things like defined Sacral and emotional authority. Who You Are says you have a steady engine for work you have actually said yes to, and it runs dry fast on work you were talked into; and your first reaction is never your final answer, and you know it, so give it a night. Same facts, translated once, all the way into the words a friend would use. It is written from your calculated chart and nothing else, and it comes with your reading.
The most distinctive thing about you, first
The page opens with your name and two short paragraphs with no heading at all: the thing people who know you would recognize first, and the contradiction in you that they notice. Not a summary of your type. The person. I write it from the whole of your chart at once, your type, your authority, your profile, your defined and open centers, your channels, and then I take every one of those words back out, so what is left reads like someone describing you well.

Then nine short sections, in a fixed order
After the portrait come nine sections, the same nine for everyone and in the same order, each one or two short paragraphs. Your personality. How you make decisions. Your gifts. What you are built to do well. Where it hurts. You and other people. Under pressure. What you are here for. And last, if you remember one thing. The headings are fixed so you can hand the page to someone and they know where to look; what sits under them is yours alone.
It runs about a thousand words and it is written to you, in the present tense, in plain enough words that it can be checked. A Tuesday at work, a group text, a friend asking a favor, ten at night. If it is true, you will know within a paragraph, and so will the person you send it to.
Translated, never invented
The only source for this page is your calculated chart. Nothing is quoted from it and nothing is added to it: a fact that cannot be said in everyday words is left out rather than dressed up. When someone tells me that is not me at all, it is nearly always the part of the chart other people see before you do, and the people who love you are nodding.
It is written once, about a minute after you first open it, and kept. It is part of your reading, and the guarantee is the same: If anything in your reading does not match your chart, we will correct it.
Your page is one form away.
Enter your birth date, time and city, and your chart is calculated in about a minute. Your Complete Human Design Reading writes all 60+ sections from it, and Who You Are writes the person from the same chart.
Get My ReadingIs Who You Are part of the reading?
Yes. It comes with your Complete Human Design Reading and lives in your dashboard, one tab below My Reading. There is nothing extra to buy.
Why does it avoid the Human Design words?
Because a page written in the vocabulary can only be checked against a glossary. A page written in everyday words can be checked against your life, and against what the people who know you would say. That is the test that matters.
How long is it?
About a thousand words: a two paragraph portrait, then nine short sections under fixed headings, from Your personality to If you remember one thing.
Is it the same for everyone with my type?
No. It is written from the whole of your chart, your authority, your profile, your defined and open centers and your channels included, so two people of the same type get two different pages.
Can I share it?
Yes. It is the page people most often send to a partner or a friend, because it needs no explaining. Nothing on it requires the other person to know anything about Human Design.
Is it written in the Human Design vocabulary anywhere?
No. Not the type, not the centers, not the gates. If a fact cannot be said in everyday words, it is left out rather than dressed up.
Does it change as I read more of my reading?
No. It is written once from your chart and kept, so the page you send to someone in a year is the page they can still check. Your chart does not move, and neither does this.
What if something on it is wrong?
Tell me, or write to us. It is written from your calculated chart, and the guarantee is the same as for the rest of your reading: If anything in your reading does not match your chart, we will correct it.
