Human Design workbooks
Your design, in practice.
Workbooks you write in, built from your chart. Five are free, and the rest come with your reading.
What a Human Design workbook actually does
Reading about your chart and using it are different activities, and the gap between them is where most of this material goes to die. You can know you have emotional authority and still say yes on the phone tonight. Knowing is not the hard part. Catching yourself in the moment is the hard part, and that only comes from having looked at your own pattern often enough to recognize it early.
That is the whole job of a workbook. Each one takes a single piece of your design and asks you questions about your own life until the mechanic stops being an idea and starts being something you can see happening. Your answers save as you type, so this works in ten minutes at a time, and you can come back to them for years and watch what changed.
Why they are built from your chart, not from a template
A generic self improvement worksheet has to ask everybody the same questions, which means it asks nobody anything useful. These are assembled from your actual chart: your type, your authority, your profile, your defined and open centers, and the channels you carry. A Projector working on energy gets a different set of questions than a Generator does, because the failure mode is different. One is running on borrowed fuel and the other is answering things that were never a real yes.
There is no AI writing in the moment here and nothing to drift, which is deliberate. The questions are assembled from chart data, so what you get is consistent, correct and yours.
Five free, and the rest with your reading
The five type workbooks are free, need no account, and always will be. Start with the one for your type today and see whether this way of working suits you.
The rest of the library is built from your whole chart rather than just your type, which is why it needs one. It comes with the Complete Human Design Reading at no separate price, alongside 60+ sections written for your exact chart, a letter from your design read aloud, the guided meditation library, and Jessica in your private dashboard. One payment, and the library keeps growing afterwards without costing anything more.
This is meant to be slow work. Self awareness is not a weekend project, and the point of keeping your answers is that in a year you can read what you wrote today and see the distance.

Which workbooks are free?
Five, one for each type, and they need no account and no payment. Pick your type and start. They work from your type alone, so if you do not know yours yet, the free Human Design chart calculator gives you your type, authority and centers in about a minute. The rest of the library is built from your whole chart and comes with the Complete Human Design Reading.
How do I open the ones included with my reading?
Sign in at myhumandesign.ai with the email you used when you bought your reading. We send a code to that address, so there is no password to remember. Once you are signed in, every workbook is unlocked and the library reorders itself around your chart. If you have your reading but have never signed in to the dashboard, that is the step people miss most often.
Are the workbooks sold on their own?
No. They are not a separate purchase and there is no extra charge. The full library is part of the Complete Human Design Reading, alongside the written reading, the audio, the Self-Discovery Notebook and the guided meditations.
Do my answers save, or do I lose them if I close the page?
They save as you type. If you are signed in with a reading they save to your account, so you can start on your phone and finish on a laptop. On a free workbook, with no account, they save in the browser you are using and stay on that device. If you buy a reading later, whatever you have already written in this browser comes with you.
Why can I not click the locked ones?
Because they would be wrong for you. Those workbooks assemble themselves from your authority, your open centers and your profile, and without your chart there is nothing to build them from. We would rather show you what is in there than hand you a generic version with your name on it.
Is my workbook the same as everyone else's?
No. The ones built from your chart give you the strategy for your type, the way your authority actually decides, and a row for each center that is open in you and not for the ones that are defined. Two people opening the same workbook can see different sections and a different number of questions.
Can I print one and work on paper?
Yes, free ones included. The print button turns your workbook into a clean document with your own answers set as text rather than empty boxes, and a cover page. It prints at whatever size your printer uses, so Letter in the United States and A4 elsewhere.
How long is one workbook?
The free type workbooks are one week, four short parts, about twenty things to fill in. The rest are longer, and how long depends on your chart, because you only get the parts that apply to you. Most run to six or eight parts. A workbook that gives you a section for each open center is shorter for somebody with two centers open than for somebody with seven. They are built to be done in small pieces, not in one sitting.
